Q. How much information do I need to give you?

A. Absolutely nothing personal other than your telephone 
number, email address and general contact information.  

Q. Why should you hire us when there are plenty of free 
car buying services available?

A. While there are a lot of "free" car buying services available
 to the public, they are not in fact free. The fact is that the dealers fund the sites and pay for each referral. The free services direct you to the dealer to negotiate on your own. Even your credit union profits from your loan. We are different. We keep you out of the dealer.  Your money stays where it belongs, in your pocket. 

Q. What if I've already met a dealer/salesperson that I like and
I want to give my business to?

A. No problem! That is our exact goal!  Why not let us try to save
 you money with our Premium Price Protection?  Often, we can
 save you money and keep you with the person you trust.  Remember, if we don't save you money, you don't pay a dime. 

Q. Isn't it counter productive to pay someone to find me a
 lower price? 

A. No, just the opposite. When you take into account the 
total cost for a new car, our services can and do still save 
you money on the purchase, but in addition, we save you 
something much more valuable. Time.

Q. How long does the process take? 

A. Usually, we can have your car delivered in as little as 24 hours. If the vehicle is in short supply, or has to be located from another dealer/region, it can take longer. In either event, we will stay in contact with you and keep you informed at every step along the way.

Q. What if I want a car that can't be found? 

A. If we do not find the car for you, we absolutely refund our fee.
Its as simple as that.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept? 

A. We accept checks, money orders and Credit Cards. 

Q. Do we have to meet in person? 

A. No, we take care of all the details in the background while 
you focus on what really matters. There is no need to meet 
with us in person. We will complete the entire transaction 
for you via telephone, email and fax.

Q. My relative is in the market for a new vehicle. I'd love to be 
able to offer this service to them. 

A. Excellent! Our business has grown over the years primarily 
due to repeat and referral business. We'll be happy to send them
 a letter and gift box containing a Gift Certificate from 
The Byers Group. We will simply bill you in advance, and they 
can use the Gift Certificate at their convenience. 
There is no expiration date.

Q. Are there any vehicles for which you don't offer your services? 

A. No, we can assist you with any make or model you desire. 

Q. How can I reach you if I have a question after the sale, or
 if my car needs servicing? 

A. Just pick up the telephone, chat or email us. Your personal 
Dealer Advisor will be happy to assist you after the sale. If you 
need a repair, any dealer selling your make can service your car.  You can always call, chat or email  us to find the nearest dealer.

Q What if home or office delivery isn't available in my
 particular situation?

A If home or office delivery is not available, we will still 
arange everything as normal, and we will provide you 
with a copy of the FINAL purchase order prior to your
 arrival at the dealership to take delivery. We will also 
speak over the telephone to walk you through what you 
can expect, and what will be offered to you at the dealership. 
You will be armed with enough information in writing to 
experience a smooth transaction.

Q What if I'm not sure if I'd rather lease or buy?

A The Byers Group has handled thousands of transactions 
as dealer managers. They're completely knowledgeable 
regarding all of your options, and will help you make the
 best decision for you away from the dealership and the 
bad impact of snap decisions.

Q What about Extended Warranties and other products?

A If you want information about Vehicle Service Contracts,
 GAP insurance and other products and services, please ask us.  We will gather the necessary information and help you make an informed decision.
